This showed great teamwork! Nick never seemed agitated with the issue or the fact we had to call him back a couple of times. Very impressed with his attitude and his personality! He deserves some kind of recognition for a job well done!

Rick called within an hour of placing the call for service. Made a suggestion of how to take care of the problem and it worked like a charm! I called Krista and told her she could cancel the service call because Rick had told me how to take care of the problem and it had worked!
